Sleepy Sound slowly lowers the volume so that you will relax more and then fall asleep. After a set period of time the program will start the reverse operation: it will slowly start to raise the volume until you wake up without a jump.



You can specify the time interval before sleeping, and it has a wide range of sound levels which are full of smooth variations. The wake-up time can be adjusted to your bio-rhythm.
