The imagination and skill of programmers seems endless, and software applications now cover health and well-being. This is the case with Sleepy Sound, a utility that has been designed following set medical recommendations, and works to relax you more and let you sleep better.

If you get home after a hard day´s work, the best you can do is turn on your PC and play some relaxing music, then run Sleepy Sound. Soon you´ll realize that you feel more relaxed.

Sleepy Sound slowly lowers the volume so that you will relax more and then fall asleep. After a set period of time the program will start the reverse operation: it will slowly start to raise the volume until you wake up without a jump.

You can specify the time interval before sleeping, and it has a wide range of sound levels which are full of smooth variations. The wake-up time can be adjusted to your bio-rhythm.

Sleepy Sound os completely free and only needs 300KB of space. It is in French and English.
